Final Result

Huge crash on the turn 3, just during the first lap, when Romain Grosjean hit strongly the barriers, his car broke in half and it exploded in flames, fire everywhere. Luckily the Halo helped him a lot and we are thankful that he is saved after this incident. Last update about his situation can be read here.

Hamilton won, leading from the start to the end, we had Verstappen in 2nd, running strong against the British driver, but he was unable to win the battle, Alex Albon finished in 3rd, having the two Red Bulls in the Podium, something that doesn't happen since Japan 2017. Too bad for Sergio Peréz, who was running in 3rd, when had his engine blown!

Lando Norris in 4th, and Carlos Sainz in 5th, brought a lot of good points to McLaren, fighting to finish in 3rd in the World Constructor Championship.

Pierre Gasly finished in 6th, Riccardo in 7th, just ahead of Valtteri Bottas in 8th, who had a difficult race, the other Renault driver, Esteban Ocon finished in 9th and completing the top 10, Charles Leclerc.

Max Verstappen got the fastest lap of the race, getting the extra 1 point (fastest lap award 2020).
