Formula-1 is on Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium for this Sunday race
Racing on Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
Formula-1 is back to Spa-Francorchamps for this Sunday race, continuing with the restrictions measures due to the Covid-19, we will not see the public in the circuit cheering up for the drivers.
Last year on F2 Race we had the tragic accident, resulting on the premature death of Anthoine Hubert (1996-2019) at age 22, the French driver did not resist to the car crash. In his honor, during the F1 Belgium 2019 GP at the lap 19th, the public applauded, his car had the printed number 19.
Last year's Race in Belgium
Last year we saw Charles Leclerc starting from the Pole position, he won the race, from start to end, he never left the 1st position. That weekend the Ferraris start on the front roll with the Mercedes in the second roll.
Verstappen was unlucky and had a crash with the Alfa Romeo of Kimi Raikkonen in the first curve, ending up into the barriers on the second curve.
Sebastian Vettel was racing quite well, but Hamilton at his back did the overtaking finishing in 2nd, as well Valtteri Bottas, who also overtook Vettel, finishing in 3rd, the German ended up in 4th, at least having the fastest lap of the race (2019 DHL Fastest Lap Award).
Alex Albon did a good recovering race, starting in 17th and finishing in 5th, passing Sergio Perez through the grass on the last 44th lap, well done for the Thai boy.

What to expect from Belgium GP 2020?
The Mercedes locked up the front roll and again, with Hamilton in the Pole and Bottas in second. Lewis did a tribute for the death of Chadwick Boseman (1977-2020), the Black Panther star of the Marvel movie, who lost his fight against the cancer diagnosed on 2016, rest in peace King!
Like last year race, Verstappen will be starting on 3rd, the gap to the Mercedes seems not so large this time, so possibly we can see the Dutch driver fighting against Lewis and Bottas.
Who is starting in a great position is Daniel Riccardo in 4th, the Renault is looking strong for the race and they might have great chance with a good result for this year race.
The Ferrari will struggle with a very difficult race, starting on 13th with Charles Leclerc and 14th with Sebastian Vettel, there are no big expectations for this weekend as the cars are suffering to have power from their engines, specially on the straights and it is really disappointing for the Tifosi fans.
